Beatport-charting artist Jerome Arab releases his third compilation of work this year. The ‘Learning Life’ five-track EP follows on from the ‘Learning Love’ EP and the 10-track mixtape, ‘The African Arab Vol.1’, both released earlier this year.
‘Learning Life’ is a personal exploration of the darker moments of the artist’s life. It moves from afrobeats-driven Come A Long Way – which features UK grime artist IceKid – and Mutorwa (‘Outcast’), where Jerome directly references his Zimbabwean heritage with driving Zim-guitar riffs, to the soulful yearnings of Beatrice and Otherside.
The EP was co-produced with Paul Kruz, associated with producing and mixing Tanzanian pop star Diamond Platinumz.
