Nigerian vocalist Omawumi has certainly fallen prey to the “Hello” bug, for those of you that are a little slow to catch on 🙂 , Hello is a soothingly deep song performed by British singer Adele, this emotion packed number has solely catapulted Adele back into number one spot on several music charts across the globe, we have witnessed covers of this song materializing over the internet on a daily basis, talking of which our very own Mr Vezzy dropped his version performance of the song a few days ago.
Omawumi wouldn’t have been who she is today minus taking risks and this is one that has surely paid off, her version of Hello is “hella Spiced Up” as it starts off with the normal arrangement of the song and almost unexpectedly breaks out into a mid-tempo Reggae beat.
